V\u00a0r\u00e1mci reorganizace resortu Ministerstva dopravy m\u011bly b\u00fdt \u010dinnosti technick\u00e9ho, technologick\u00e9ho a\u00a0servisn\u00ed charakteru, kter\u00e9 bezprost\u0159edn\u011b nesouvis\u00ed s\u00a0provozov\u00e1n\u00edm dr\u00e1hy, vy\u010dlen\u011bny do Technick\u00e9ho zku\u0161ebn\u00edho \u00fastavu (TZ\u00da). Proto\u017ee byl tehdej\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1zev rozporov\u00e1n \u010ceskoslovenskou akademi\u00ed v\u011bd, byl dne <strong>8. 6. 1957<\/strong> zm\u011bn\u011bn n\u00e1zev na <strong>Technickou \u00fast\u0159ednu (T\u00da)<\/strong>. Technick\u00e1 \u00fast\u0159edna byla z\u0159\u00edzena jako hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 organizace financov\u00e1na z\u00a0centralizovan\u00fdch n\u00e1klad\u016f drah. V\u00a0za\u010d\u00e1tc\u00edch pracovalo u T\u00da 146 zam\u011bstnanc\u016f a v\u00a0\u010dele st\u00e1l n\u00e1\u010deln\u00edk, kter\u00fd m\u011bl dva n\u00e1m\u011bstky.<\/p>\n<p>Posl\u00e1n\u00edm technick\u00e9 \u00fast\u0159edny bylo zaji\u0161\u0165ovat provoz, \u00fadr\u017ebu, obsluhu a modernizaci dosavadn\u00edch technick\u00fdch prost\u0159edk\u016f \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00edho provozu v\u00a0t\u011bchto oblastech:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed kolejov\u00e1 vozidla;<\/li>\n<li>\u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed svr\u0161ek, spodek a mosty;<\/li>\n<li>sd\u011blovac\u00ed a zabezpe\u010dovac\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed;<\/li>\n<li>energetick\u00e1, tepeln\u00e1 a elektrotechnick\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed;<\/li>\n<li>technick\u00e1 a provozn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed;<\/li>\n<li>normalizace a technick\u00fd dozor;<\/li>\n<li>vstupn\u00ed kontrola materi\u00e1lu a provozn\u00edch prost\u0159edk\u016f;<\/li>\n<li>zkou\u0161en\u00ed provozn\u00edch prost\u0159edk\u016f.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>1960 \u2013 1962 Soumrak Technick\u00e9 \u00fast\u0159edny<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dne 15.\u00a009.\u00a01959 zasedalo kolegium ministra dopravy, kter\u00e9 rozhodlo soust\u0159edit v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 \u010dinnosti ve V\u00fdzkumn\u00e9m \u00fastavu dopravn\u00edm (V\u00daD). Toto rozhodnut\u00ed vedlo k\u00a0decentralizaci spr\u00e1vy drah a bohu\u017eel i k\u00a0z\u00fa\u017een\u00ed rozsahu \u010dinnost\u00ed T\u00da, kter\u00e1 musela b\u00fdt rovn\u011b\u017e p\u0159ejmenov\u00e1na. V\u00fdro\u010dn\u00ed zpr\u00e1va ministerstva dopravy za rok 1961 charakterizuje T\u00da n\u00e1sledovn\u011b: \u201ePosl\u00e1n\u00edm \u010cSD \u2013 Technick\u00e9 \u00fast\u0159edny je pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed, n\u00e1kup a p\u0159ej\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fast\u0159edn\u011b opat\u0159ovan\u00fdch z\u00e1kladn\u00edch prost\u0159edk\u016f \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00edho provozu, p\u0159ej\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed materi\u00e1lu a n\u00e1hradn\u00edch sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed, hospoda\u0159en\u00ed s\u00a0finan\u010dn\u00edmi prost\u0159edky, veden\u00ed \u00fast\u0159edn\u00ed evidence n\u00e1kladn\u00edch voz\u016f a jin\u00fdch \u00fast\u0159edn\u011b opat\u0159ovan\u00fdch z\u00e1kladn\u00edch prost\u0159edk\u016f \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00edho provozu, p\u0159epravn\u00edch pom\u016fcek, vozov\u00e9 v\u00fdstroje a v\u00fdkon odborn\u00e9ho dozoru na za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed drah a podnik\u016f \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed dopravy.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Rok 1962 je bohu\u017eel posledn\u00edm rokem existence Technick\u00e9 \u00fast\u0159edny jako samostatn\u00e9 organiza\u010dn\u00ed jednotky \u010ceskoslovensk\u00fdch st\u00e1tn\u00edch drah (\u010cSD).<\/p>\n<p><strong>1962 \u2013 1993 Projek\u010dn\u011b konstruk\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdvojov\u00e1 pracovi\u0161t\u011b<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Po zru\u0161en\u00ed T\u00da bylo z\u0159\u00edzeno osm pracovi\u0161\u0165, kter\u00e1 byla z\u00e1kladem pro zalo\u017een\u00ed Projek\u010dn\u011b konstruk\u010dn\u00edch v\u00fdvojov\u00fdch pracovi\u0161\u0165 na z\u00e1klad\u011b rozkazu ministra dopravy a spoj\u016f ze dne 5.\u00a09.\u00a01962. Jednalo se o tyto pracovi\u0161t\u011b:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PKVP-ZS, tj. zabezpe\u010dovac\u00ed a sd\u011blovac\u00ed techniky, se s\u00eddlem v\u00a0Praze;<\/li>\n<li>PKVP-L, tj. lokomotivn\u00ed hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed, se s\u00eddlem v\u00a0Brn\u011b;<\/li>\n<li>PKVP-V, tj. vozov\u00e9 hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed, se s\u00eddlem v\u00a0Bratislav\u011b;<\/li>\n<li>PKVP-E, tj. \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed technicky, se s\u00eddlem ve Vr\u00fatk\u00e1ch;<\/li>\n<li>PKVP-TH, tj. tra\u0165ov\u00e9ho hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed, se s\u00eddlem v\u00a0Pardubic\u00edch;<\/li>\n<li>PKVP-D, tj. dopravy a p\u0159epravy, se s\u00eddlem v\u00a0L\u00edn\u00edch v\u00a0Plzn\u011b.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Slo\u017eit\u00fd n\u00e1zev, kter\u00fd byl d\u00e1n do v\u00ednku t\u011bmto instituc\u00edm, byl p\u0159evzat z\u00a0tehdej\u0161\u00edch sov\u011btsk\u00fdch \u017eeleznic (S\u017dD) a m\u011bl vyjad\u0159ovat jejich zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Projek\u010dn\u011b konstruk\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdvojov\u00e1 pracovi\u0161t\u011b byla po\u010d\u00e1tkem sedmdes\u00e1t\u00fdch let rozpu\u0161t\u011bna a \u010d\u00e1st \u010dinnost\u00ed p\u0159evzal tehdy ji\u017e v\u00fdborn\u011b zaveden\u00fd V\u00fdzkumn\u00fd \u00fastav \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed, odborn\u00e9 \u00fatvary \u010cSD, samostatn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobn\u00ed podniky v\u00a0r\u00e1mci \u010cSD, jako nap\u0159. MTH Praha pro tra\u0165ov\u00e9 hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed nebo A\u017dD pro sd\u011blovac\u00ed a zabezpe\u010dovac\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1993 \u2013 2008 Technick\u00e1 \u00fast\u0159edna dopravn\u00ed cesty (T\u00daDC)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u00a0rozd\u011blen\u00edm \u010ceskoslovenska p\u0159estaly od 1.\u00a01.\u00a01993 existovat i \u010cSD a po vzniku \u010cesk\u00fdch drah se sv\u00e9ho znovuzrozen\u00ed do\u010dkala i Technick\u00e1 \u00fast\u0159edna dopravn\u00ed cesty (1. 9. 1993). Na po\u010d\u00e1tku ji tvo\u0159ily \u00fatvar \u0159editele, sekce trat\u00ed a budov (sekce 13) a sekce sd\u011blovac\u00ed a zabezpe\u010dovac\u00ed techniky (sekce 14). O m\u011bs\u00edc pozd\u011bji p\u0159ibyla i sekce elektrotechniky a energetiky (sekce 24). V\u00a0roce 1996 byla zalo\u017eena sekce informa\u010dn\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f, kter\u00e1 byla pozd\u011bji, v\u00a0roce 1999, p\u0159etvo\u0159ena v\u00a0sekci technick\u00e9 dokumentace.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu let do\u0161lo samoz\u0159ejm\u011b postupn\u011b, zejm\u00e9na v\u00a0n\u00e1vaznosti na organiza\u010dn\u00ed zm\u011bny v\u00a0\u010cD k\u00a0men\u0161\u00edm i v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm zm\u011bn\u00e1m cel\u00e9 T\u00daDC. Z\u00e1kon o vzniku akciov\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti \u010cesk\u00e9 dr\u00e1hy, a.s., a\u00a0st\u00e1tn\u00ed organizace Spr\u00e1va \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed dopravn\u00ed cesty (S\u017dDC), v\u00a0roce 2003 znamenal, \u017ee je t\u0159eba se zab\u00fdvat d\u016fsledky t\u011bchto zm\u011bn pro spr\u00e1vu a rozvoj \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed dopravn\u00ed cesty z\u00a0hlediska nov\u00fdch vlastnick\u00fdch vztah\u016f, odpov\u011bdnost\u00ed a kompetenc\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00edm miln\u00edkem pro T\u00daDC byl datum 1.4.2005, kdy z\u00a0rozhodnut\u00ed p\u0159edstavenstva \u010cD, a.s. byla T\u00daDC transformov\u00e1na na organiza\u010dn\u00ed jednotku s\u00a0n\u00e1zvem Technick\u00e1 \u00fast\u0159edna \u010cesk\u00fdch drah.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2008 \u2013 2020 Za\u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed T\u00daDC do struktury S\u017dDC<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zm\u011bnou bylo ov\u0161em od 1.\u00a07.\u00a02008 p\u0159eveden\u00ed \u010dinnosti provozovatele dr\u00e1hy v\u00a0oblasti provozuschopnosti k\u00a0S\u017dDC. T\u00edmto krokem se T\u00da\u010cD, kter\u00e1 byla sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed prodeje podniku, op\u011bt vr\u00e1tila k\u00a0p\u016fvodn\u00edmu n\u00e1zvu T\u00daDC a za\u010dlenila se nov\u011b jako organiza\u010dn\u00ed jednotka do tehdej\u0161\u00ed struktury S\u017dDC.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0tomto obdob\u00ed m\u00e1 T\u00daDC celkem 6 \u00fatvar\u016f: \u00dasek pro techniku a rozvoj, \u00dasek ekonomick\u00fd, \u00dasek automatiza\u010dn\u00ed a telekomunika\u010dn\u00ed techniky, \u00dasek elektrotechniky a energetiky, \u00dasek trat\u00ed a budov a Zku\u0161ebn\u00ed laborato\u0159 T\u00daDC.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2020 \u00a0Centrum telematiky a diagnostiky (CTD)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rok 2020 byl pro T\u00daDC zlomov\u00fd. Dne 1.\u00a04.\u00a02020 byl z\u00a0rozhodnut\u00ed gener\u00e1ln\u00edho \u0159editele Spr\u00e1vy \u017eeleznic, st\u00e1tn\u00ed organizace (S\u017d), zm\u011bn\u011bn n\u00e1zev organiza\u010dn\u00ed jednotky na Centrum telematiky a\u00a0diagnostiky. Organiza\u010dn\u00ed za\u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed CTD v\u0161ak z\u016fstalo v\u00a0r\u00e1mci struktury S\u017d stejn\u00e9. Jak u\u017e nov\u00fd n\u00e1zev napov\u00edd\u00e1, zm\u011bna byla vyvol\u00e1na za\u010dlen\u011bn\u00edm dal\u0161\u00ed oblasti do portfolia \u010dinnost\u00ed, a to \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed telematiky.<\/p>\n<p>Sou\u010dasn\u00fd n\u00e1zev tak v\u00a0sob\u011b odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed, kam se a\u017e technick\u00e1 \u00fast\u0159edna od pades\u00e1t\u00fdch let<br \/>\n20. stolet\u00ed posunula. I p\u0159esto, \u017ee ji ob\u010das situace nep\u0159\u00e1la, si vybudovala siln\u00e9 jm\u00e9no na poli technick\u00e9ho servisu a\u00a0diagnostiky v\u00a0\u017eelezni\u010dn\u00edm sektoru. Nav\u00edc se vstupem automatizace, v\u00fdpo\u010detn\u00ed techniky a\u00a0telekomunika\u010dn\u00edch slu\u017eeb na \u017eeleznici dok\u00e1zala roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159it portfolio \u010dinnost\u00ed tak, aby dr\u017eela krok s modern\u00edmi trendy.<\/p>\n<p>CTD je v\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b pln\u011b integrov\u00e1no do struktury Spr\u00e1vy \u017eeleznic v\u00a0r\u00e1mci \u00daseku provozuschopnosti dr\u00e1hy a zaji\u0161\u0165uje s\u00a0celos\u00ed\u0165ovou p\u016fsobnost\u00ed \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed telematiku, technickou diagnostiku a m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed v\u00a0cel\u00e9m spektru \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed dopravn\u00ed cesty a technick\u00fd servis pro \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed infrastrukturu ve v\u0161ech etap\u00e1ch jej\u00edho rozvoje, v\u00fdstavby a provozu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2023 Centrum techniky a diagnostiky<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dne 1. 4. 2023 byl z rozhodnut\u00ed gener\u00e1ln\u00edho \u0159editele Spr\u00e1vy \u017eeleznic, st\u00e1tn\u00ed organizace (S\u017d), zm\u011bn\u011bn n\u00e1zev organiza\u010dn\u00ed jednotky na Centrum techniky a diagnostiky. Organiza\u010dn\u00ed za\u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed CTD z\u016fstalo v r\u00e1mci struktury S\u017d stejn\u00e9.
