Kabina strojvedouc\u00edho je konstruov\u00e1na pro pr\u00e1ci 3 osob (strojvedouc\u00ed, pilot a obsluha lokaliza\u010dn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu HOST). Na \u0159\u00eddic\u00edm stanovi\u0161ti je um\u00edst\u011bno centr\u00e1ln\u00ed ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed vozidla s v\u00edcen\u00e1sobn\u00fdm \u0159\u00edzen\u00edm a diagnostikou vozidla, v\u010detn\u011b vlakov\u00e9ho zabezpe\u010dova\u010de a radiostanice s\u00edt\u011b TRS a GSM-R. Je zde zabudov\u00e1n syst\u00e9m sn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed obrazu trat\u011b a jeho p\u0159enos do kabiny strojvedouc\u00edho a na stanovi\u0161t\u011b m\u011b\u0159i\u010d\u016f.<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tudc.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/DJNDTMV.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-2651\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tudc.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/DJNDTMV-300x54.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"54\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tudc.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/DJNDTMV-300x54.png 300w, https:\/\/www.tudc.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/DJNDTMV-768x138.png 768w, https:\/\/www.tudc.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/DJNDTMV-1024x183.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.tudc.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/DJNDTMV-150x27.png 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>M\u011b\u0159ic\u00ed v\u016fz<\/strong> (d\u00e1le jen MV) \u2013 rekonstrukce MV je provedena ze \u010dty\u0159n\u00e1pravov\u00e9ho vozu PostW. Pod vozem je vytvo\u0159en prostor pro m\u011b\u0159ic\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed \u2013 m\u011b\u0159ic\u00ed podvozek. V\u016fz je rozd\u011blen na m\u011b\u0159ic\u00ed m\u00edstnost a prostory pro pomocn\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed \u2013 tj. elektrocentr\u00e1lu, n\u00e1dr\u017ee na technologickou vodu (8 x 1 000 litr\u016f), sklad a d\u00edlnu. Speci\u00e1ln\u00ed m\u011b\u0159ic\u00ed podvozek, um\u00edst\u011bn\u00fd na m\u011b\u0159ic\u00edm voze, je ur\u010den k um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed a veden\u00ed sond m\u011b\u0159ic\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f a zabezpe\u010duje jejich pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed ve spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 a po\u017eadovan\u00e9 poloze.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tudc.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/DJNDTRV.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-2652\" src=\"https:\/\/www.tudc.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/DJNDTRV-300x66.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"66\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.tudc.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/DJNDTRV-300x66.png 300w, https:\/\/www.tudc.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/DJNDTRV-768x169.png 768w, https:\/\/www.tudc.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/DJNDTRV-1024x225.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.tudc.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/DJNDTRV-150x33.png 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>\u0158\u00eddic\u00ed v\u016fz <\/strong>(d\u00e1le jen \u0158V) \u2013 rekonstrukce je provedena \u010dty\u0159n\u00e1pravov\u00e9ho vozu PostW \u2013 na \u010dele vozu s ru\u010dn\u00ed brzdou vzniklo \u0159\u00eddic\u00ed stanovi\u0161t\u011b strojvedouc\u00edho. Ve voze jsou t\u0159i jednol\u016f\u017ekov\u00e1 kup\u00e9 v\u010detn\u011b soci\u00e1ln\u00edho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed s uzav\u0159en\u00fdm odpadn\u00edm syst\u00e9mem, s j\u00eddeln\u00edm koutem a konferen\u010dn\u00ed m\u00edstnost\u00ed. Na ka\u017ed\u00e9 li\u017ein\u011b je um\u00edst\u011bno celkem 9 ultrazvukov\u00fdch sond pro ka\u017ed\u00fd kolejnicov\u00fd pas. Sondy jsou prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm kabel\u016f spojeny s ultrazvukov\u00fdm defektoskopem. Poloha a nato\u010den\u00ed UT sond umo\u017e\u0148uje kontrolu kolejnicov\u00fdch p\u00e1s\u016f nejen v ose kolejnic, ale i v cel\u00e9 \u0161\u00ed\u0159ce hlavy kolejnice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Syst\u00e9m vizu\u00e1ln\u00ed kontroly VT <\/strong>&#8211; je bezkontaktn\u00ed vysokorychlostn\u00ed optick\u00fd syst\u00e9m ur\u010den\u00fd pro trval\u00fd z\u00e1znam sn\u00edmku povrchu kolejnic z obou stran. Je tvo\u0159en \u010dty\u0159mi \u0159\u00e1dkov\u00fdmi kamerami s osv\u011btlen\u00edm LED, kter\u00e9 zaji\u0161\u0165uje dostate\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed sv\u011btla pro kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 expozi\u010dn\u00ed doby. Syst\u00e9m umo\u017e\u0148uje detekovat zm\u011bny profilu \u010di v\u00fd\u0161ky kolejnice a rovn\u011b\u017e i kolejnicov\u00e9 styky, svary a otvory pro spojkov\u00e9 \u0161rouby. Kontroln\u00ed syst\u00e9m je optimalizov\u00e1n pro detekci a vyhodnocen\u00ed po\u0161kozen\u00ed hlav kolejnic. Ke kontrole poj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bn\u00fdch ploch kolejnic slou\u017e\u00ed v\u017edy 4 sn\u00edma\u010de v\u00ed\u0159iv\u00fdch proud\u016f pro ka\u017edou kolejnici. Hodnocen\u00ed se prov\u00e1d\u00ed a\u017e do hloubky 2,7 mm. U Spr\u00e1vy \u017eeleznic, st\u00e1tn\u00ed organizace, je vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n zejm\u00e9na pro vyhled\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a vyhodnocen\u00ed vad 2221 Head Checking.
